Diet & Sports Professionally designed for overweight kids and adults and supervised by a dietician and a doctor, Diet & Sports 15-days sessions take place in July and August. Participants learn how, what and when to eat and perform soft indoors and outdoors sports activities, in order to regain a sharp physical and mental equilibrium.
Students’ Retreats In May and June, schools and university students are welcome at Peaks to prepare their final exams. Special packages are offered.
